Our flight back to Sydney was late in the day, so we thought we'd do one last fun thing before we left. We went on a jet boat ride from Mariner's Cove. This area looks and feels a whole lot like Florida.

If you don't want to get soaked, you can wear one of these spray jackets. Kaz and I did because we were going to be flying out soon and didn't want to smell like wet dogs on the plane. But I cannot stress enough how ridiculous we looked wearing these atrocities. We looked like monks, actually. An asian lady overheard me say this to Kaz and she agreed, so I said Namaste to her. :-) They took our phones/cameras away from us so I wasn't able to get any pictures of us.

I stole this photo from their website so you can get an idea :-)

I also stole these two photos from their website...

I thought it was just going to be a superfast boat ride, but they cut the engine and spin the boat like below so that everyone gets wet. It was a little scary the first time, but after that it's just funny. :-)

Here's the jet boat we were on, it holds 15 passengers.

Here's the dude who drove the boat. He was a pretty cool guy, but dreadlocks gross me out. :-)

Even with the spray jackets, we still got wet!
